Example Daily Schedule:
We begin at 7am early-bird workout followed by devoton and healthy breakfast.
Everyone will be ready by 10am for the 1st of 4 continous challenges and activities.
Activity 1: Tour de Coast Marathon to Government Acre
Activity 2: Tag Shuttle Run with final lap taking you down to Pegwell Bay
Activity 3: Ultimate Tag-Rugby on the beach
Activity 4: Cycle over to Ellington & Hereson Hall and cool down!
The evening session will be followed by Build-a-dish cookery school, theory & practical if you want to eat!
Evening devotion will be lead out before finally returning to base camp for recovery!
